Purpose and characteristics: This air valve uses a momentary motor in conjunction with a turbine reducer to control the relative motion between the rotor and stator, achieving control of intake and exhaust. The valve stroke distance of this model is about 3cm, and the opening and closing speed of the air valve is 2-3 times that of the traditional electromagnetic air valve. The travel time of the valve from fully open to fully closed or fully closed to fully open is greatly shortened, and the time for fully open and fully closed of the valve is closer to the basic theoretical requirement of fully open and fully closed. Industrial test data shows that the average travel time of the new NH-SSX air valve is less than one-third of that of the traditional CNC electromagnetic air valve, making the new instantaneous air valve jigs have stronger explosive force in lifting the bed than the traditional CNC electromagnetic air valve jigs, and the controllability and effect of sorting are better.
