The discharge control system compares the actual bed thickness detected by float detection with the set bed thickness, provides a signal, and then controls the speed of the discharge wheel motor to achieve dynamic balance of the bed, maintain an appropriate thickness, reduce the screening loss of low-density materials, and ensure the screening effect of high-density fine materials. In practical use, the control system adopts full touch control, with an operation interface arranged according to the usage process, centralized information, and an intuitive and simple interface; Can directly input control parameters and memorize four sets of available parameters, and can switch freely when needed; The main interface is equipped with relevant operation instructions, making it extremely easy to use.
