Abstract: This article provides a detailed analysis of various abnormal phenomena and solutions that occur during the use of vibrating screens.

The vibrating screen has unique advantages. Using the principle of vibration motor or vibrator impact and self synchronization, the material is thrown towards the surface while undergoing linear motion, and the sieve plate is matched reasonably to achieve dry and wet material screening, dehydration, and soil removal. Due to its simple structure, occupation, easy installation, and maintenance, it can be closed. Therefore, it is widely applicable in mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemistry, cement, glass, food, medicine, etc. During the use of vibrating screens, many problems may arise due to improper design, manufacturing, or user use
1. Cause analysis
There are many reasons for abnormal motion parameters of a linear body, generally 3360 in the following situations:
1) Unequal supply leads to partial load, even resulting in a lack of material on one side of the body surface.
2) The sieve plate is not tensioned or the sieve mesh is damaged, resulting in secondary vibration or mixing.
3) The damping spring is damaged or there is a significant difference in stiffness.
4) Single motor operation or dual motor non parallel operation, cannot run in reverse.
5) The working frequency of the physical fitness machine produces resonance at a certain frequency.
6) The vibrator or vibration motor is not assembled correctly, and the two sets of eccentric blocks have different angles.
7) Screen machine installation error, uneven foundation.
8) The center deviation between the vibrator shaft and the drive shaft is too large.
9) The impact force deviates from the center of gravity of the screen body.
The on-site issues are complex and various factors may coexist. Before analyzing the cause, it is necessary to know whether the user is using the device and whether there are any violations. We should follow the principle of priority and difficulty, first investigate and analyze the reasons one by one according to the principles of simplicity and complexity, and prescribe the right medicine.
2. Solution
In the first scenario, only by changing the supply method of the vibrating screen equipment and ensuring uniform supply can the designed demurrage efficiency and throughput be ensured. In the second scenario, replace the damaged screen or body panel, remove the stretched screen or body panel, and eliminate the relative motion between the body panel and other bodies to prevent secondary vibration. In the third scenario, it can be seen from mechanical analysis that the stiffness of the spring has an impact on the operating frequency of the body. After the working frequency is determined, using springs with different stiffness will affect the amplitude stability of the body support. Moreover, if springs with different stiffness are used, the self resonant wave number will be significantly different. Replace the damaged spring to match its stiffness.
A, The eccentric blocks of the vibrators on both sides of the vibrating screen have different angles, and it is necessary to adjust the eccentric blocks on both sides to make them the same angle. B, One end of the impactor bearing is damaged, and the impact force on both sides is inconsistent. The vibrating screen requires dismantling the impactor. Please note the following points:
1) The disassembly of the vibrator should be carried out in a clean place.
2) All components must be cleaned and deburred before assembly.
3) It cannot directly defeat the inner and outer rings of the bearing.
4) Before assembly, all assembly surfaces should be coated with lubricating oil such as butter.
5) Carefully inspect the sealing strip, and replace it promptly if it ages or is damaged.
6) Load lubricating oil such as butter appropriately.
7) When assembling the Y-shaped ring, pay attention to the end face facing inward.
8) All bolts are tightened according to regulations, and should be tightened at least 3 times every 1-2 days during the initial installation period.
