A vibrating screen is a type of screen equipment that can be classified, dehydrated, desolidated, separated, and separable. It uses the vibration of the screen to achieve the purpose of material relaxation, layering, and screen separation. The screening effect of the vibrating screen not only has a significant impact on the product value, but also directly affects the efficiency of the next step of work.

In daily production, vibrating screens may encounter various problems such as bearing heating, component wear, damage, body hole blockage, and wear. This is the main reason affecting the efficiency of arrears, therefore, in order to improve efficiency and provide guarantees for subsequent work, solving these common problems is key.
In general, when the bearings of the vibrating screen generate heat, the temperature of the bearings should be maintained within the range of 35~60 during the commissioning and normal operation of the vibrating screen. If the temperature exceeds this value, cooling treatment is required. The main reason for the increase in bearing temperature is:
1. The radial clearance of the bearing is too small.
If the radial clearance of the vibrating screen bearing is too small, the bearing will wear out and heat up. This is mainly because the bearing load is high, the frequency is high, and the load is constantly changing.
Solution: It is recommended to use a large clearance for the bearings. If it is a bearing with ordinary clearance, the outer ring of the bearing can be ground to form a large clearance.
2. The bearing pressure cap is too tight
There must be a certain gap between the pressure cover of the vibrating screen and the outer ring of the bearing to ensure normal heating and specific axial movement of the bearing.
Solution: If the bearing pressure cap is too tight, it can be adjusted through the seal between the end cap and the bearing seat to accommodate the gap.
3. Too much or too little bearing oil, oil contamination, or inconsistent oil quality
The lubrication system can ensure the normal operation of the vibrating screen bearings, prevent foreign objects from invading and sealing, eliminate frictional heat, alleviate friction, reduce wear, and prevent bearing overheating. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the use and quality of the vibrating screen bearing oil during production.
Solution: The bearing box should be charged regularly according to the equipment usage requirements to prevent too much or too little oil. If there is an oil quality problem, it should be cleaned, replaced with oil, and sealed in a timely manner.
Secondly, the parts of the vibrating screen that are worn or damaged may experience severe wear or damage after long-term operation. Common worn and damaged components include springs, bearings, pipe beams, beams, screen frames, etc.
1. Spring wear or damage
Springs should be an important part of vibration reduction and noise reduction in vibrating screens. Spring wear or breakage not only produces significant noise, but also causes physical disorders.
Solution: It is necessary to replace the spring in a timely manner to avoid production accidents.
2. Bearing wear or damage
Bearings are important components that make up the vibrating body of a vibrating screen. There are various reasons for bearing wear or damage. If the wear or damage is severe, it can only be replaced and parked.
3. Destruction of pipeline beams
Generally speaking, when dehydrated or detached, a lot of water will be washed away, and water will flow out from the gaps between the screens, washing the official screen. The official newspaper wall is too thin, and official newspapers are prone to breakage. Solution: It is recommended to prepare both hands. When choosing a vibrating screen, the same type of thick walled pipe beam or larger sized pipe beam should be selected to increase the thickness of the pipe beam wall. Secondly, horizontal and vertical bars should be added at the connections between the various body panels of the dehydration or detachment screen to reduce gap water leakage. Attention: In order to prevent minor damage to the pipeline beam and not affect production, the pipeline beam can be charged and continue to be used. During repair welding, welding must be carried out along the longitudinal direction of the pipeline beam, and horizontal welding is not allowed. Otherwise, the pipeline beam is more likely to break at the side welding.
