Therefore, it is advisable to extend the time when the bed is in a loose state during jumping, increase the processing capacity of the jigs, and improve the screening effect.
4. The influence of particle size and shape on stratification mainly occurs during periods when the relative velocity between the particles and the medium is high. Therefore, when selecting materials without grading, it is necessary to shorten the period of high relative motion speed and prolong the period of high relative motion speed as much as possible during the elimination cycle, in order to maintain a high tightness of the bed layer.
5. The rising water flow should have a large positive acceleration and a small negative acceleration; The descending water flow should have small positive acceleration and large negative acceleration.
6. The suction effect of descending water flow is one aspect of fly out stratification, which can improve the fly out effect of narrow horizontal and ungraded mineral particles, but the intensity and duration of the suction effect should be selected according to the properties of the raw materials.
7. When discarding fine-grained ore, increasing the frequency of water flow in the survival machine appropriately can improve the sorting effect.
8. Adding high-density fine particles appropriately to the bed can improve the effectiveness of removing ungraded ores, but in order to enhance the suction effect, the jigs must be readjusted.
When the jigs make the membrane move back and forth, the indoor water passes through the filter screen and generates a vertically alternating pulsating water flow. The selected materials are placed on top of the bed to form a system of ore, water, and particle groups. When the water flows upwards, the particle group is in a loose suspended state. At this time, mineral particles of different weights and sizes settle at different speeds, while high-density coarse particles (bed stones) settle to the lower layer. When the water flow decreases, it produces a suction effect, and mineral deposits with high density and small particle size enter the lower layer through the gaps between the beds.
